How can I view the status of my order? TOP
Click on "Order Tracking" under the Information Heading in the left-hand column. Enter your e-mail address and order number to view details.
What are your shipping and handling costs? TOP
Combined shipping and handling costs are displayed when you fill in your state and zip code and click on the "add shipping" button.
Shipping* costs are determined by the total weight of the items and the
"ship to address. All items are shipped first class Priority mail via United States Postal
Service.
With each order shipped there is a processing and handling fee
of $2.00 which is included in the total shipping cost. The processing and handling fee remains the same whether you purchase one item or several items. All orders
received before 5pm will be shipped out within two days from the date of
the order. Any orders received after 5pm will be shipped out within
three days from date of order.
I take great pride in personalizing each
order for shipping to ensure items are shipped safely and securely.

Remember, if you change or add to your order, you must click on the "add shipping" button again to calculate the new cost of shipping.

Can I pay by check or money order? TOP
Yes, when you choose to pay by check or money order, you will see my payment address on your order confirmation page along with your order confirmation number. You can also obtain my payment address by contacting me at payments@mywherehaus.com
I will hold your order pending receipt of your payment for up to 5 days. If after 5 days I am not in receipt of your payment, the item(s) will again be for sale in my catalog.
Please note that item(s) will not be shipped until all checks have cleared. Upon check clearance, item(s) will be shipped immediately according to your shipping preferences. Please remember that Paypal, my preferred payment method, is always available for quick and easy payment transactions.
How can I view all products at once? TOP
That's easy! At the left of the page under information, click on catalog. At the bottom of the list of categories, click on all items. You can then scroll
through all the items.
Another option to view all products - click
on the site map and under catalog there is an option for product list which will list all products by name. You
can then choose an item and click on that item to see the full details and
pictures.
